Matrix Traffic Management Ltd was incorporated in September 2024, founded with a clear goal: to provide safe, reliable and professional traffic management services that clients can depend on.
Led by Managing Director Wayne Crawford, who brings over 15 years of experience within the traffic management industry, Matrix has been built around a strong understanding of what clients need on site — safety, quality, reliability and a responsive service.
From our base in Chelmsford, Essex, and depot in Ipswich, Suffolk, we provide traffic management solutions across London and the East of England, supporting clients across the construction, utilities, highways and civil engineering sectors.
Our services range from temporary traffic signals, pedestrian management and Stop & Go operations through to lane closures, road closures and diversions, traffic management plans, permit support and complete traffic management solutions.
Since our incorporation, Matrix has continued to invest in its people, systems and standards. We are ISO 9001:2015 certified, Constructionline Gold accredited, SafeContractor approved and an Achilles approved supplier, demonstrating our commitment to quality, safety and continual improvement.
Although Matrix is a relatively young company, the experience behind it is not. We combine years of industry knowledge with a modern, flexible approach to traffic management, building long-term relationships by delivering a service our clients can rely on.
